The National Chemical and Building Material Quality Supervision and Test center is the only authorized national level technology organization for the testing of the quality of chemical building materials by the National Quality Supervision and Test Group.
Brief Introduction:
The National Chemical Building Material Quality Supervision and Test center (briefly as the National Chemical Building Material Center) is the only authorized national level technology institution for the testing of the quality of chemical building materials by the National Quality Supervision and Test Group. The center was approved to be built by the National Quality Supervision Bureau on April 9th, 2001 and was officially authorized by the National Quality Supervision Bureau on January 14th, 2002. It is the authorized third party notarization organization to provide notarized data to the society. It has passed the Three Incorporate One commitment according to the requirements of the ISO/IEC17025£º1999. It is one of the earliest authorized testing organizations. Up to now, the center has occupied a laboratory facility of 2,400 square meters. It is located in the entrance of the express way of the Hangzhou economic development zone. The traffic is very convenient.
The National Chemical Building Material Center has lots of advanced testing equipments, such as the gas spectrum chromatograph made by the American VARIAN company, the atomic absorber made by American Thermo company, the Fourier transform infrared spectrum made by American NIKONI company, the omnipotence pull tester for making experiments of pulls under high and low temperatures, the Ci4000 climate endurance testing box made by American ATLAS company, the differential thermal Scanner(DSC), the pressure endurant equipments made by the Denmark Sciteq-Hammel ALS company and the cold and hot water circulation and pressure endurant testing equipments. The center has 4 members of master degree graduates, 6 members of senior engineer. Many leading faculties have been trained in the foreign specialization test organizations. They have higher level of professional knowledge, technical capabilities and judgment. A strong and powerful testing technical group has been set up under the leadership of them. The center has built its laboratories under high standards and high level. The comprehensive testing capability of them has reached the leading level of the country.
The center mainly undertakes the tasks of products quality supervision tests, manufacturing certification qualification tests, 3C enforcement qualification tests, new products appraisal tests, products quality arbitration tests by the orders of the governments of various levels. At the same time it can provide the third party notarization tests for products entrusts, technical analyzing, technical consultation, quality judicial identification, post disaster evaluation, goods test and products accordance tests, etc.
The center can provide tests according to home and international standard requirements, such as the products tests of chemical building material: plastic pipe line material and tubes, compound material pipes, painted or coated pipes, gas pipes, plastic run ways, plastic boards, compound boards, wooden boards, plastic heterotypic material, molded steel doors and windows for construction, fire-proof materials, rubber and plastic extension materials, industrial dopes, building material dopes, general usage dopes and accessories, coherent materials, fire-proof materials, new type decoration materials, cements, concrete additions, metal materials, ceramics, interior decoration harmful material confinements, air quality etc. It also develops the parameter testing jobs for the chemical building material involving mechanics, aging, electricity, calorifics, materials, optics, burning block and stream change.

The center is the only authorized national level technology organization for the testing of the quality of chemical building materials by the National Quality Supervision and Test Group. The testing reports have legal effects. It has the legal status of providing notarization testing data.
