The Fangyuan Quality Judicial Expertise Office for Notarization Products in Zhejiang is a third party judicial expertise organization which has been approved by the senior judicial office of Zhejiang, and put on records of Supreme Court of Zhejiang. It is the recommended judicial organization by Zhejiang Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau which is specially dealing with Product Quality Expertise, Quality Accident Appraisal, Quality and Technology evaluation.
Since August of 2002, the judicial office has strictly followed the rules and regulations of the country, and depended on the strongest technical testing organization--Zhejiang Fangyuan test group to manage its appraisal work. During the operations of appraisal, a close tie was made to it with many colleges and universities, scientific research centers, technical supervision systems, special test organizations and many notable enterprises in China. It has absorbed many experts in many areas who have rich experience in analyzing, evaluation and expertise, and has built an expert storage of nearly 300 members. Its technical capability, device and equipment resources and the quality of appraisal are in the leading position of this business in and outside of the province.
By September, 2005, the office has accepted and completed 176 items of judicial expertise for various courts and law offices in and outside the province; 108 items of quality expertise entrusted by various levels of quality and technology supervision, police, business administration, customers organization and arbitration organizations; and 81 items entrusted of general appraisal purpose. The totally 365 items of appraisal cover the areas of motor vehicles, building materials equipments, power plants, central air conditioner, air exhaustion, real wood board, chemical products, clothing and food sanitation. At the same time, it undertook the analyzing appraisals work of personnel casualties and property losses by electric shocks, fires and production accidents. The reports are detailed in technical analyzing, precise in appraisal conclusion. They provide the submitters first hand evidence and powerful and scientific evidence for the legal and arbitration organizations to implement verdicts and dispute settlements.
