Zhejiang Electric Appliance Security and Electromagnetic Compatibility Quality Test Center is affiliated to the Fangyuan test group. It is a test organization which delicates to the tests of electric appliance safety and electromagnetic compatibility quality test. It is one of the first built laboratories for electric appliance security and electromagnetic compatibility, and it is a testing service organization which has integrated products tests, test technology research and technical service.
The center is the enforced qualification lab which is authenticated by the National Authentication and Supervision Administration Committee. It is also a signing-up test lab for the electric appliance safety and electromagnetic compatibility quality test by the China Electromagnetic Compatibility Authentication Center.

The center mainly undertakes the tasks of products quality supervision tests assigned by the country or department assignees, enforcement qualification tests, China environmental marking certification tests and manufacturing certification qualification tests, etc. And it can provide to the society notarization tests for products entrusts, authentication tests, technical analyze, technical consultation, appraisal of quality, post disaster evaluation, goods check tests and commitment tests, etc. At the same time, it can provide technical services and products innovation and design.
Main Test Scope:
metal ware and tool, low voltage apparatus, household and similar electric apparatus, components and parts of electric apparatus, central air conditioner, electric tools, lighting apparatus, electromagnetic compatibility, electrical wire and cable, electric motors, enginery, pumps and testing materials, etc.
The specific testing items are saw blades, various spanners, woodworking drill, twist drill, various kinds of pliers, interface units, all kinds of household apparatus, household solar water heater, refrigerators, washing machines, battery powered electric tools, all kinds of lamps and lanterns, high performance shielded enclosure, masking effects, all kinds of pumps, air conditioners, dehumidifier, humidifier, heater, switches of instrument, hulls of electric apparatus accessories, converters, instrument sockets, ventilation fans, ventilators, rubber insulation cables, magnetic synchronous machines, electric motors, sanding machines, concrete vibration machines, all kinds of electric drills, grinding machines and cutting tools, etc.
The center can provide products performance and electrical safety tests according to the internal and external business standards and regulations for the household or similar electric apparatus, electric tools and motors, electric accessories and electric wires and cables, electric light source and lightning appliance and water pumps, etc. At the same time it provides the tests of electromagnetic compatibility of all kinds of products, environmental tests, and noise and hull safety. The center has passed the authentication of the National Lab (CNAL), and has got 110 products and parameters which were approved by the provincial measurement attestation /examination.
The center has kept good relations with some notable authentication and test organizations, and accepted many testing operations concerning authentication mark tests of the UL, CE, EMC authentication for the export products, and provides to the enterprises all kinds of services for them to get the international authentication and make tracks for the international markets.
The center has a rich experienced specialty technical group. It is composed of engineers of more than 70%. The cadres have been trained overseas in the notable organizations. They have a high knowledge background and technical capability. At the same time, the center has scores of 3C factory inspectors to perform the work check up of the factories assigned by the CQC Hangzhou affiliated center. The center has been building its labs according to high starting points and high standards, and has adapted the international advanced devices and equipments to be built up. The lab covers 1200 square meters. The original value of the equipment is about 10 millionYuan.
The center administrates its labs according to the international standards of ISO/IEC17025. Our persistent tenet is Science, justness, high efficiency and probity. The center has approved by China National Accreditation Committe for Laboratories. It is the reliable third party notarization test organization by the governmental departments, enterprises and all parts of the society.
