Brief Introduction:
Zhejiang Information Product Quality Test Center (Briefly as Test Center) affiliated to Zhejiang province Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau is a professional test organization which develops information and technology products, intelligent construction system engineering and computer software evaluation and testing. It is the third party quality supervision and test organization set up by the government.
The test center has passed the National Lab recognition and audition to 42 test items during the period of 2002 to 2005. It has become the lab of authority which is approved internationally. The integrated wiring system project passed the National Lab recognition in 2003, and made it a member of the few specialty test organizations which have passed the National Lab recognition on this item. In 2005, our test center had 14 more test items which passed the recognition and testing by the National Lab and the provincial metrological authentication and audition. It has the ability to test the items involved in the enforcement standards of the country like The Acceptance of Engineering Quality Specification of Intelligent Construction Works (GB 50339-2003), The General Code of Computer Occupation Areas (GB/T 2887-2000), The Quality Requirements and Tests of Information Technology Software Package(GB/T17544-1998).
The test center mainly undertakes the quality supervision and spot test tasks of the products of electronic information assigned by the government. It implements the quality analyzing and accepting and testing jobs of products' quality arbitration test, client entrusted goods acceptance test, engineering works acceptance test and other entrusted test, and it is especially engaged in quality analyzing and testing jobs as computer network engineering, information electronic products, intelligent construction integrated wiring system, intelligent building automatic control system, etc. The mainly parts of the test items are : integrated wiring system, cable television system, building equipment supervision system, computer room, information technology software package, conference cable TV system, back ground broadcasting system, multimedia education system and computer network, etc.
The center has first class specialty test devices of the country, such as the American made Fluke DSP4300/DSP4000 cable analyzer, the American made Tektronix storage oscilloscope, the American made HP 8714ES network analyzer, the Italian made HT electronic integration test device, the American made Fluke data multimeter, the Japanese made Advantest spectrum analyzer, etc. At the same time, it has a high quality testing crew. The center has introduced doctorates and master degree graduate students. The amount of undergraduates occupies 95%. The center has built up a complete quality assurance system. The testing procedure follows the international and national standards and regulations strictly. We are doing our best to provide to the Customers Square, Scientific, Purified and High efficiency testing services.
With the development of the intelligent technology, the center's testing scopes were fully extended to the new type of intelligent construction involving integrated wiring system, information network system, building automatic controlling system and the tests and acceptance of the performance of all kinds of electronic devices. Basing on the 10th five year plan of the country, and as the national key developing direction, the center will develop new testing services according to the technical development and the market needs. And it will put it effort on computer information network, intelligent construction, circumstance electro-magnetic fields, computer hardware products and computer software, in order to meet the needs of the social development, and to contribute us to the improvement of the whole information industry.

Qualification and Ability:
The testing items like the intelligent construction quality (mainly including: conference TV system, cable TV system, computer network, construction equipment supervision system, safety and protection system, integrated wiring system, intelligent integrated system, household supervision and administration system, household control ), computer fields, software package, micro-electronic computers, etc have passed the recognition of the National Authentication Committee of the China Lab and the metrological authentication and audition of the province.
