Brief Introduction:
Zhejiang Province Quality Test Center for Safety Technology is affiliated to the Quality Technical Supervision Bureau of Zhejiang. It is the only authenticated safety protection engineering quality test organization authorized by the National Public Security Administration in Zhejiang province. It is the third party quality supervision testing organization appointed by the government.
Its 39 items passed the provincial metrological authentication /audition in the years of 2002 and 2003. It has passed the examination of the National Public Security Administration, and become the only authorized unit to perform these tests. In 2005, it passed the China National Lab recognition and verification, and had the testing capability of all the testing items published in the Safety Protection Engineering Technical Code of the enforced National Enforcement Standard GB 50348-2004.
The test center is engaged in many systematical engineering like the quality analyzing and acceptance testing jobs of safety protection system engineering. The mainly jobs are involved in: intruding alarm system, video safety protection supervision system, visitor (visual) talking system, electronic inspection system, gateway controlling system, parking lots(fields) administration system, power safety , etc.
The center has the first class professional testing devices, such as digital storage oscilloscope, definition test card, noise spectrum analyzer, voice regulator, insulation resistance meter, illuminometer, level monitoring device, etc. It has a high quality testing group, and built up a perfect quality system to provide to the customers scientific and precise testing data.
As the development of the intelligent technology, the center has extends its business to various electronic and safeguarding products performance tests and inspections, and to the tests for the safeguarding products imported and not tested by the National Public Security Administration. At the same time, the center has got the ability of the performance tests , functioning tests and other ordinary tests of various intruding detectors, alarm controller, automobile anti-theft alarm, TV supervision devices, Safety inspection products, police communication devices, gateway controlling devices, audio and video transmission equipment..
As the directly affiliated organization to the Zhejiang Quality Technology Supervision Bureau, its testing reports are the important technical basis for the project construction unit, the public security and judicial authorities, the quality technology supervision departments and the industry and commerce administration to be used in the project acceptance, judicial judgments and administrative punishment.

Qualification and Ability:
The safety protection system testing item has passed the National Public Security Administration examination, and it is the only authorized testing organization in Zhejiang province.
