Zhejiang Quality Test Center for Lock Products is the professional lock products test center that is advised to be built by Zhejiang Fangyuan Test Group, the Safety Chamber of Zhejiang and the Quality Technology Supervision Test Institute of Wenzhou, and approved by Zhejiang Quality Technology Supervision Bureau.
In order to improve the quality level of the lock products of Wenzhou, the CEO of Zhejiang Fangyuan Test Group pointed out: The testing work should face the markets to make it meet the needs of the front line of production, and to serve the enterprises. Thus, the Quality Technology Supervision and Test Institute cooperated with the Hardware Chamber of Commerce of Wenzhou to found the Zhongzheng hardware Quality Test Corporation Ltd of Wenzhou based on the working ideal of Serving the Society and Serving the Enterprises, the tenet of Scientific, Square and Precise. Under the support of the Fangyuan Test Group, the Domestic Construction and Hardware Products Quality Test Center and the Lock Products Quality Test Center were introduced and founded. The center is engaged in the corresponding supervision and test jobs delivered by the government and the products authentication test tasks. It has also enlarged its services to the other society entrusted goods inspection and testing like technical services, technical developments and technical consultation, etc.

It has become the strongest lock product testing organization of Zhejiang province. It is the national level lock product testing center, and it is involved into the export market authentication tests.
It implements the periodical supervision and tests and day to day supervision and tests arranged by Zhejiang Technical Supervision Bureau. It can provide the services of quality evaluation, quality arbitration, quality authentication, products authentication test, new products test, entrusted test, import and export goods check and test. It can provide the technical information service, technical development, technical consultation, the internal and external standard information and the enterprise standards editing, etc.

The technicians and testing equipments of the center are well prepared, and the equipments have passed the metrological verification/calibration. The lab has more than 30 machines and equipments like lock's life testing machine, lock mechanical test machine, mechanical draw, press and twist tester, surface ( coating salt fog , paint film punching, coating hardness) tester , environmental (temperature and humidity, high and low temperatures) tester, hardness tester and analytical balance, etc. The testing indexes cover all the hardware products. It undertakes the governmental delivered supervision and test tasks, the product authentication tests, and it has developed the other society entrusted goods inspection and testing services like technical service, technical development and technical consultation, etc.
