Zhejiang Quality Test Center for Daily Building Hardware Products is the only provincial professional quality test center for hardware products in Zhejiang.
Up to now, its nearly one hundred products have already passed the provincial inspection/ calibration lab capability authentication. In the year 2005, it passed the national level locking products inspection/ calibration lab capability authentication.
In order to improve the grades of the daily use architectural hardware of Zhejiang province, the testing jobs should face the market and meet the needs of the first production line and to serve the enterprises. Based on the working guideline of Serving the society and Serving the Enterprises, the center are providing services according to the tenet of Scientific, Square and Precisely.
The center has an abundance of resources to provide a wide range of testing services covering the hardware for daily use, architectural hardware, tool hardware and stainless steel products. It has a qualified quality test group and corresponding quality test equipment. It has the legal status of the third party notarization test organization to provide notarization data to the society independently. It has 6 engineers and senior engineers majoring in the fields of Chemistry, Enginery, Material and Quality. It has 5 college graduates of undergraduate degree and academy degree who have more than two years of working experience. It has more than 100 of various testing devices, such as metal tensile testers, universal tool microscopes, umbrella projectors, water nozzle integrated testers, various microscopic sclerometers, locking tool integrated testers, airflow and salt spray corrosion testers and various hardware equipments, etc. The equipments have passed the metrological verification/ calibration to provide integrated tests of the samples' mechanical, physical, chemical and integrating properties. The center undertakes the periodical supervision and spot check tasks delivered by the provincial government, the day to day supervision and spot check tasks of various towns and cities. It can provide the products' quality evaluation, quality arbitration, quality authentication, products' quality authentication tests, new products test, entrusted tests, and import and export goods acceptance tests. It can provide the Chinese and English versions of reports. And it can also provide the other society entrusted goods acceptance and test services like the service for providing technical information, technical development, technical consultation, the internal and external standard information and the writing of enterprise standards, etc.
