The Lanjian Fire Control Test Center provides testing services for the provincial newly constructed fire fighting automatic facilities and electronic safety, according to the working ideal of Square, Scientific, Uncorrupted and High efficiency, the service ideal of Customers First, depending on the quality technology supervision system, giving the reins to the technical advantage of the third party notarization test organization, the advantage of the quality management and manpower. It also provides the annual survey services of the anti-fire equipments and electrical safety for the key anti-fire units in the province; the notarization testing data for the employers and anti-fire acceptance departments. At the same time it provides product testing services for the fire-refractory coatings and decorating materials, and provides other services like the maintenance of Fire Service Inventories, anti-fire technology consultations, products developments and technical training, etc.

There are professional labs, and best grade professional testing equipments: such as the special hydrant test box, ground resistance testers, infrared temperature detectors, oxygen index detectors, fire-refractory coating detectors, building material smoke density detectors, building material combustibility test ovens, building material non-combustibility test ovens, etc. All the devices and equipments have passed the verification of the quality technical supervision department of Chekiang province, and have been qualified. They are all checked annually and periodically to guarantee the traceability and effectiveness of the testing data.

Qualification and Ability:
1. The qualification for the professional building automatic anti-fire facility tests issued by the Fire Administration of Chekiang province.
2. Based on the rule of No.142 issued by the Chekiang provincial people's government, the tests of building automatic anti-fire facility, electrical safety, fire-refractory coating and decorating material have passed the qualification and got the metrology authentication certificate issued by the Quality Technology Supervision Bureau of Chekiang province and the inspection and legalization certificate issued by the Product Quality Supervision and Test organization. It has become the first professional test organization that have got the CMA and CAL qualifications.
