Zhejiang Fangyuan Test Group is initiated and sponsored by 7 technical organizations such as Zhejiang Quality Technical Supervision Test Research Institute, Zhejiang Weighing Technology Research Institute under the leadership of Zhejiang Quality Technical Supervision Bureau. The group is the first comprehensive test group specialized in product quality test in the national quality supervision system to comply with the technical organization reformation and the challenge of WTO accession. At present, the group is the third party impartial test organization with the widest test range and strongest comprehensive forces in Zhejiang. The comprehensive competitive ability of the Group is in the leading position of the same field in China.
Now the test ability of more than 2200 products and parameters of the group has passed the provincial and above metrology certification and examination approval, the test ability of 1521 products and parameters has been ratified by the State Laboratory, among which the Group Electric Appliance Test Laboratory is the CB laboratory approved by the international IECEE organization, the CB report can obtained the mutual approval in 43 countries and regions of the world; leather and leather products test ability has been authorized by the international authoritative leather technical organization BLC, the BLC Test Report can be given directly and can obtained the mutual approval in European and American regions etc.

Currently the Group undertakes the national periodical supervision sample test, QS certification test for more than 20 kinds of foods such as rice and plant oil authorized by the National Quality Test General Bureau, the compulsory,voluntarily approval test for various products authorized by more than 10 certification organizations like China Quality Certification Center,China Electromagnetic Compatibility Certification Center,China Standard Certification Center, provincial periodical supervision sample test and the market supervision sample test entrusted by different industry and commerce departments.
