Building material test center is a professional test department which is engaged in the quality test of various building material, decorating material, indoor air and the related product; and several labs, such as rubber & plastic product, pipe and pipe fittings, paint and glue agent, cement metal material, and decorating material etc, is set up in the center. Now, the test capability of more than 300 products and parameters passed the provincial measurement certificate, authentication and approve and approved by the China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories, and it has the qualification to issue impartial test parameter to the society.
Now, the area of the test room in the center is 2400 m2, which is located in the Xiasha economic development zone of Zhejiang province.
The center establishes the labs in high start point and high standard, and the comprehensive test capability is in the advanced level in China. Now, the center has many advanced test equipments such as the gas chromatograph manufactured by America VARIAN company, the atomic absorber manufactured by America Thermo company, the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer manufactured by America NEXUS, high and/or low temperature tensile tester manufactured by Japanese SHIMAZU, Ci400 anti-climate box manufactured by America ATLAS company, differential scanning calorimetry of Germany NETZSCH company, pressure proof and hot water circulating test equipments manufactured by Demark Sciteq-Hammel A/S etc; and at the same time, the center has a power test team whose test force is strong, there 4 persons have the master¡¯s degree, 6 senior engineer, and many cadre men used to be trained or study in the famous professional test organization and have better professional knowledge, skill, and judgment capability.
The center primary undertakes task instruction given by the administrations of the government, such as the product quality supervision & test, production license issue test, 3C mandatory certificate test, new product authentication test and product quality arbitration test etc; and at the same time, the center can undertake the third party impartial product test business such as the authorized test, technology analysis, technology consultant, quality judicial expertise, evaluation after disaster, goods verify and conformance test etc.
Pursuant to relevant standards and codes from home and abroad, the center can undertake the plastic pipe & fittings, clad pie, overlay pipe, gas pipe, plastic and rubber track way, plastic board, clad board, plastic profile material, building door and window, fire control material, extended product of rubber and plastic etc, industrial paint, general paint and auxiliary material, bond, fire control material, new decorating material, cement, concrete additive, metal material, ceramic product, limitation of indoor harmful decorating material, air quality etc of chemical construction material; and at the same time, the center undertakes the parameter test about the force, aging, electricity, heat, physical & chemical, optics, burn resistance and rheology etc which is related to the chemical building material.
The center will run around the aim of serving the economy & construction, pay close attention to the market development and society requirement, obey the principle of "scientific, judicial, probity, high efficiency", will supply high quality test service for all circles of the society.
