The mechanic & electric product test center is a professional test department which focuses on the performance and safety test, electromagnetic compatibility and mechanic product about the electric engineering and electric apparatus, it is the one of first test lab on electric safety and electromagnetic compatibility in Zhejiang province. After the growing for about 20 years, now it is the famous and influencial professional test service organization which integrates the product test, test technology study and test service together, and it is the electric test lab whose equipments are the most complete in the province. The center is one of the first batch test labs on China mandatory product authentication (3C) pointed by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People¡¯s Republic of China.
The center has a group of professional technicians who have rich experience, wherein the engineers is more than 75% of them, and the cadre men used to undertake job of the test technology study and technology development in foreign famous organization, they have advanced professional knowledge and technical skill. And at the same time, the center have more than 10 3C factory inspectors, and they carry out the job of 3C factory inspecting under the authorization of CQC center Hangzhou division.
At all the time, the center establishes the lab with high start point and high standard. Now, the area of the lab reaches 1200 m2, and the original value of the equipment is about 10 million Yuan. The center has the radio interference test system and interference analysis apparatus such as the CTEM little room, big shield room, wide test area, German RS company EMI test receiver, and electromagnetic compatibility anti-interference test equipment such as the surge of Swiss SCHAFFNER company, EFT/B, injection current, and the Japanese SANKI static electricity discharging instrument, and the safety regulation test instruments such as the radiation anti-interference test equipment of American AR company, electricity anti-leakage trail test instruments and series of advanced and the multi-point temperature recorder of Japanese Yokogawa company, power tester of American MAGTROLK, and complete test equipment and test area produced by Japanese ESPEC company and German WIESS company, and all those match the national and international standard and code of GB, IEC, EN, CISPP, UL etc.
Now, the center is divided into 8 big labs, which can carry out the performance and electric safety test for the household appliance and the similar electric apparatus such as central air conditioning system, electric tools and motors, electric fixtures and wires and cables, electric light source and illumination electric apparatus, pumps etc; and at the same time, the electromagnetic compatibility test, environment test, noise test and shell protection test of various products can be performed too. Within them, the household apparatus, electric tools and motors, electric accessories are tested for 3C product, and the wires and cables and the central air conditioning system are tested for production permission. Now, the electric tool test lab is the only CB lab in Fangyuan test group.
Till now, the number of the products and parameters that passed the approval of national lab (CNAL) and provincial checking are 225. The center maintains a good cooperation relation with some national famous authentication and test organization to accept the authorized test for the authentication mark for UL, CE, GS, EMC etc, which is for the product exportation, thereby gains the license of international authentication for the product of the enterprise, and supply various service for international market access.
