The physical & chemical test center primarily undertakes the quality & safety test, the study of the test technology and the standard and the related service of the multi-field product which mainly includes food product. Zhejiang Fangyuan Food & Agriculture Product Quality & Safety Test Center is affiliated to the center. It is one of the earliest food quality test labs in Zhejiang province; and now, it is the most authoritative and influential provincial food quality & safety professional test organization too.
The center has first-class hardware & facilities and precise instruments & equipments, and the area of the lab is more than 1100 M2; the center has a high-quality professional test team who is carrying out the job such as test, test technology study and the standard drawing up in the industry of food, agriculture food, light industry products, chemical industry products etc. There are 20 technicians in the center, hereinto 2 have the doctor's degree, 2 have the master's degree, 5 senior engineers and 6 engineers, and more than 90% of them have the title above engineer. In recent years, the center has sent many technical cadre men to the famous authoritative test organizations of United Kingdom, France, Australia, Japan etc for technical training and technical exchange, and 3 person-times have been trained professionally by the foreign authoritative organization such as United Kingdom BLC Leather Test Center and have gained the related qualification certificates.
The center can carry out the third-party impartial test, such as authentication, quality expertise, goods examination, test for arbitration, conformance test, evaluation after disaster and enterprise entrusted test, on foods, farm and sideline products, light industry products, electronic products pursuant to the related standards and codes. Meanwhile, the center also carries on various tests entrusted by state, provincial governments and enterprises. Also for many times, the center undertook the study project and test method study of Department of Science and Technology of Zhejiang province and Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision, established the provincial level local standard for Standardization Administration of China, carried the label usage checking and approval of Zhejiang province harmless agriculture product.
The center established the Quality Management System and has run it in accordance with the international standard of ISO/IEC17025, adheres to the principle of Scientific, Justness, Probity, High-efficiency and keeps the purpose of Customer First; and the center will increase the investment in food test instrument and equipment in future, will strengthen the introduction and training of test technician, will improve the food quality safety test and scientific research ability, and supply a scientific, just, high-efficient, sincere high-quality technical service for the society on the basis of confronting the challenges of global food safety test technology successfully.
