Intelligence test and evaluation center is affiliated to Fangyuan test group, which is a professional test organization which focuses on the system engineering quality test of intelligent building, intelligent traffic, computer network and the product quality test of information electronic and software product etc. All the test capability of the center passed the authentication, checking and approve of provincial level measurement and approve of state lab, thereinto the test project of safety and protection system passed the examination of Ministry of Public Security, and it is the only test organization authorized by Ministry of Public Security in Zhejiang province.
The center primary undertakes the tasks of quality supervision and sampling test of electronic and information product, performs the arbitration test of product quality, goods inspection and test requested by the customer, engineering acceptance test and other requested test, carries out the quality analysis and acceptance test for many project such as the safety & protection system project, computer network project, information & electronic product, general wire layout system of intelligent building, and the automatic control system of intelligent building etc professionally; which primary including many system projects such as invasion alarm system, invasion safety precaution & monitoring system, visitor (visual) talkback system, electric inquire & seek system, control system of entrance and exit, parking (garbage) management system, power source security, cable TV system, equipment monitoring & control system of the building, computer area, software package of information technology, meeting TV system, background broadcasting system, multi-medium education system and computer network etc.
The center has the first-class and professional test equipment in the country, for example, Fluke DSP4300/DSP4000 cable analyzer of America, Tektronix storage oscilloscope of America, HP 8714ES network analyzer of America, HT general power tester of Italy, Fluke multi-purpose gauge of America, Advantest frequency spectrum analyzer of Japan etc; and at the same time, it has high-quality team of tester, thereinto the undergraduate students is about 95% of them, and there are many person who have Doctor¡¯s degree and Master¡¯s degree.
The center has established and executed the quality assurance system as per the international standard of ISO/IEC17025, and the test is carried out in accordance the international standard, national standard and the related technology code; we attend our business to supply justice, scientific, uncorrupted, high-efficiency test service for the customer.
With the development of the intelligence technology, the test field of the center has been developed into many system project about emerged intelligent building, which is related to the wire general layout system, information & network system, security & precaution system, automatic control system of building performance and function test and inspection of various electronic security & precaution product and the test of related performance indicator of imported security & precaution products which license is not issued by the Ministry of Public Security.
