Packaging and Paper Products Test Center is a testing
service organization integrating products tests, testing
technology research and technology services of many kinds
of packaging and paper products. Its 28 products have passed
the approval of the CNAL. It is a reliable third party notarization
test center for the governmental departments, enterprises
and social circles.
It has more than 30 specialty laboratories including pressure
cooker labs; dangerous package products test labs, chain
test labs, corrugated paper box test labs and plastic film
products labs and paper product lab. The Center has advanced
testing instruments and equipments, such as the computerized
compression test machine, IGT printable and adaptable test
device, the Gerlai densometer, etc. It has a group of special
technology, tests and administration, with which can provide
powerful guarantees for the test.
The Center is mainly in charged with the quality supervision
and tests, compulsory products certification, manufacturing
license tests, new products quality determination assigned
by the state or relevant authorities. It has become a test
undertaker of the dangerous chemical products and vessel
products manufacturing license. The center provides various
tests to the society, such as entrusted tests, certification
tests, inspection, arbitration tests for product quality,
technology analysis, technology consultancy service for
special test instruments of paper making industry, etc.
Mostly it undertakes the following test: paper packaging,
metal container, glass packaging, building material packaging,
packing for transport, hazardous chemical packaging /vessels
and paper products. also metrology for special test instruments
of packaging industry.

Qualification and Capability:
The center undertakes the tests of many kinds of packaging
products: paper packaging, plastic packaging, metal packaging,
glass packaging, packaging for transport. 28 products have
passed the approval of the CNAL. Besides it undertakes test
44 parameters of paper products, covering most of packaging
and paper products in the country. The center also take
the metrology for special test instruments of 11 categories
of paper making industry.
