浙江省质量技术监督检测研究院系浙江省质量技术监督局直属事业单位,浙江方圆检测集团做为浙江省质量技术监督检测研究院控股的、全国质监系统内首家实行市场化运作的检测集团，是目前浙江省检测范围最广、综合实力最强的第三方公证检验机构。
纺织与染化料检测中心，为浙江省质量技术监督检测研究院/浙江方圆检测集团内设部门，专业从事纺织品与染化料产品质量的检测，目前通过国家实验室认可(CNAS)、省级计量认证/审查认可(CMA/CAL)评审的产品和参数共计443项，是一家具有为社会提供公正检测数据的第三方检验机构。
中心主要承担政府行政管理部门下达的产品质量监督检查、产品质量仲裁检验等指令性检验任务，并接受社会各界的委托检测、验货检测等业务，此外还开展纺织产品质量鉴定、质量事故鉴定、产品损失鉴定、检测仪器销售及实验室筹建等业务。
中心拥有ATLAS日晒仪、乌斯特条干均匀度、气相色谱-质谱联用仪、原子吸收光谱仪、紫外可见分光光度计、原子荧光分光光度计、Whirlpool美标缩水率洗衣机、美标/欧标耐洗试验机、欧标缩水试验机、CU纤维分析仪等一大批高精端进口检测设备。可依据国内外有关标准、规范的要求，独立开展纤维、纱线、化纤长丝、纺织面料、服装与针织、羽绒制品、染料及助剂、纺织机械等产品检测工作。
中心技术力量雄厚、检测设备齐全，按照“开放、流动、竞争、协作”原则，建立高效有序的检测机制。
中心现有多年从事纺织品检测和纺织产品开发的各中、高级专业技术人员42人，在中国轻纺城（绍兴柯桥）建有国内一流、国际先进纺织品检测实验室。
Brief Introduction to Textile And Dyestuff Test Center
Textile And Dyestuff Test Center，is a professional test department which focus on the quality test on textile and coloring & chemical product, which is affiliated to Zhejiang Test Academy of Quality and technical Supervision and Fangyuan test group (It is the first national test group which was constituted to comply with the organizational reformation and to meet the WTO challenge. it is the third party impartial test agency in Zhejiang Province with the widest test range and strongest comprehensive ability. The comprehensive ability of the group is in the leading position of the same field in China). Now, about 443 products and parameters of the center passed the approval of China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories/provincial measurement certificate/checkup and approve(CNAS/CMA/CAL), it has the legal position as a third party impartial test organization to supply the judicial test data to the society independently.
The center primary undertakes the mandatory task given by the administration department of the government, such as the supervision and test of the product quality, arbitration test of the product quality etc, and can accept the third-party test business about the authorized test and goods inspection test etc for all circles of the society.
The center has many hi-tech precious imported test equipments such as ATLAS solarization device, gas chromatography and mass spectrum joint use device, atomic absorption spectrometer, ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer, Whirlpool America standard watering shrinkage washing machine, America standard resistance tester, European standard watering shrinkage tester, European standard washing resistance tester, cu fiber analyzer etc. The center can undertake the product test of fiber, yarn, filament of chemical fiber, textile plus material, garb and knitting, down feather product, coloring and the assistant material and textile machine etc. More over, the businesses, such as the product quality authentication, quality accident authentication and product loss authentication can be carried out too.
