Agreement Between Zhejiang Fangyuan and ECM

　　Ente Certificazione Macchine, Here after refer to ECM, whose address for this purpose is Via Mincio 386, 41056 Savignano s/P (MO – Italy)

　　国内注册子公司名称为意氏企业管理咨询（上海）有限公司。

　　办公地址：上海市徐汇区天钥桥路333号腾飞大厦26楼2635(200030)，26F Ascendas Plaza, No.333 Tianyaoqiao Road, 200030 Shanghai, China

　　以下是合作内容：

　　It is agreed as follows:

　　1.1  合作双方希望在中华人民共和国浙江省及其周边地区(以下简称区域)开展测试与认证服务（以下简称服务）。在协议期间，ECM承诺在该区域内将不再与其他机构和个人签署相同或类似的协议，

　　1.1.  The contracting parties wish to determine mutual relationship considering cooperation in performing Testing and Certification Services (hereinafter called the Services) within the Zhejiang Province and its periphery areas of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter called the Territory).

During the term of this Agreement, ECM will not sign any same or similar agreements with other bodies or personnel in the Territory. 

　　1.2   ECM是在欧洲公认的权威组织，其授权编号1282。

　　ECM is a Notified Organism well recognized in Europe under the number 1282.

　　⑴ECM是指定和公认为欧洲产品指令的强制和/或全权代表。

　　ECM is an appointed and recognized as Mandatory and/or Authorized Representative for Product European Directives.

　　⑵ECM既具备所有要求的技术能力，也拥有合格的技术人员，因而能够按照“合作范围”内的内容满足CE标志业务和认证要求，并且从事相关活动。

　　ECM has all the required technical competences as well as the technical Staff to meet and to carry out the Activities regarding the CE Marking Services and Certifications as per the Paragraph “Cooperation scope ”。 

　　1.3   ECM作为机械指令、电磁兼容指令、低压指令、噪音指令、玩具指令、个人防护指令、建筑指令等的通告方之一， 浙江方圆可以获得CE标志、CE认证、欧洲经济共同体产品认证、欧洲经济共同体检测认证、全权代表、ECM产品合格标志。

　　1.3  ECM can act as Notified Body for Machinery Directive , EMC Directive,Low Voltage Directive, Noise Directive, Safety Toy Directive, P.P.E Directive, Construction Directive , ZHEJIANG FANGYUAN can obtain the CE Marking, CE Certification, EEC Product Certificate, EEC Test Certificate, authorized Representative, ECM Product Conformity Mark.

　　1.4  浙江方圆是中国国家认可实验室，是一家权威检测机构，并且计划在CE认证和欧洲经济共同体产品认证领域扩展其能力和业务。浙江方圆为了更好地为其市场服务，打算为其客户提供全新系列的服务，以满足客户在CE认证应用和欧洲经济共同体产品认证领域的期望和需要.

　　1.4   ZHEJIANG FANGYUAN is China National Recognized Laboratory and they intend to enlarge their competences and services in the field of CE Certification and EEC Product Certification. ZHEJIANG FANGYUAN, in order to better serve their Market, they want to supply to their clients a complete new series of Services addressed to satisfy their Clients expectations and needs concerning the CE Marking application and the EEC Product Certification。
